Tina is an associate attorney who has focused her practice on various family law matters, including divorce, property division, custody, child and spousal support, separation agreements, child dependency and foster care cases, and protective orders. She believes that each case requires an approach tailored to individual clients, with particular emphasis on navigating the emotional nature of family law cases.
Tina is originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, but spent the vast majority of her young adult life in Lynchburg, Virginia. She received her bachelor’s in philosophy from Randolph College, and her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. While in law school, she was a board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team, and the faculty works editor for The Liberty Lawyer. She practiced family law and criminal defense in the Lynchburg area for over five years before joining the firm. During that time, she earned her certification as a Guardian ad Litem, representing children’s best interests and making recommendations to the Court based on detailed investigations and meetings with children and their families. Tina has extensive trial experience representing parents and children in a variety of family law matters.
Tina is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Georgia State Bar. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, and spending time on the beach. She is also an avid reader and tries to read 50 books annually.
